Founded in 2005, the PUBLIC EDUCATORS ASSOCIATION OF TEXAS (PEAT) is a property and casualty fund formed by the Texas Interlocal Cooperation act to provide coverages for Texas educational institutions.
The mission of the Public Educators Association of Texas is to provide member school districts and community colleges with broad relevant coverage, sound underwriting, solid reinsurance partnerships and professional claims service.
