If you are an agent new to PEAT and have a new account you would like to submit, please contact Jan Skovbjerg jskovbjerg@pru-tx.com for clearance prior to making a full submission. Once you have been cleared, we will need the following items:
Fully completed PEAT New Business Application (refer to applications tab).
Five years currently valued prior carrier loss runs.
Signed Agency Contract (refer to producer agreement tab).
